Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-30 business days (Unless Pre-order).

Holidays 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on holidays. if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, expect delays. We will let you know when your items ship. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping & handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is non refundable 

Additional Fees

If you would like to make any changes to your order you may be required to pay additional Shipping and handling fees to be determined by MDY Merch customer service agent

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when your items ship.

Customs, duties, and taxes

MDY Merch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

the item wont be delivered as long the duty is not paid 

Damages

MDY Merch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
